What an incredible day it was! On July 14, The Hideaway Legends hosted another unforgettable Charity Golf Tournament, and thanks to the generosity of our members, sponsors, volunteers, and community supporters, it was one of our most successful events yet.

With 110 golfers hitting the course, the tournament was filled with great competition, camaraderie, laughter, and a shared commitment to giving back. Throughout the day, participants also enjoyed raffle opportunities, adding even more excitement while helping raise funds for a great cause.

By the end of the event, we had raised approximately $18,600 for charity—an incredible accomplishment that will allow The Hideaway Legends to continue supporting organizations and individuals throughout our community. Every golfer, raffle ticket purchased, sponsorship, and donation helped make a real difference.

One of the highlights of this year’s tournament was our Back-to-School Drive benefiting Chrysalis. The response from our members and the community was nothing short of amazing. Together, we collected more than 150 backpacks along with countless school supplies, helping children in need head back to school with the tools they need to succeed.

A very special thank you goes out to everyone who donated backpacks, school supplies, and additional items throughout the event. Your generosity will have a lasting impact on so many local families.

Congratulations to this year’s tournament champions, The Loft Boys, who played an outstanding round and earned the title of Golf Tournament Champions! They proudly took home our custom championship belts—a well-deserved prize for an incredible performance on the course. 🏆⛳

After the tournament wrapped up, everyone gathered at the Roadhouse to celebrate an amazing day together while enjoying unlimited tacos 🌮, sharing stories from the course, drawing raffle winners, and celebrating the friendships that make The Hideaway Legends such a special organization.

Events like this simply wouldn’t be possible without the dedication of our volunteers, the generosity of our sponsors, and the incredible support of everyone who participated. Whether you golfed, volunteered, donated, sponsored a hole, purchased raffle tickets, or simply came out to cheer everyone on—you helped make this event an overwhelming success.

What a day for the books, Legends! Yesterday, April 12th, our bike raffle brought the house down and reminded everyone what this brotherhood is all about. The excitement was off the charts as the crowd gathered, tickets in hand, waiting for that big moment. And thanks to all of you, we officially sold out all 3,000 raffle tickets — an incredible show of support that made this event a huge success before the drawing even began.

When the winning ticket was pulled, congratulations went out to Lou Grenier — one lucky man.

But then came a twist nobody saw coming.

In an incredible act of generosity, Lou stepped up and made the selfless decision to re-auction the bike right there on the spot, donating the proceeds back to the Hideaway Legends Charity. The crowd erupted. The energy was electric. What started as a raffle turned into one of the most unforgettable moments in Hideaway Legends history.

The bidding battle was intense, with two gentlemen going head-to-head in an exciting back-and-forth showdown. The crowd was cheering, the stakes kept climbing, and the adrenaline was real. In the end, our longtime Hideaway Legends member Mike Mazor came out on top with an incredible winning bid of $30,000!

That around $30,000 that is going back to our charity before taxes and fees –on top of the funds already raised from selling out every single raffle ticket. Because of this amazing day, we’ll be able to do even more for veterans, children, and the causes that matter most.

Mike — thank you. Your generosity and support mean the world to us.

Lou — your heart and kindness are something special. Thank you for turning a big win into an even bigger blessing.

What a damn ride. The Hideaway Legends poker run was a straight-up success. Bikes lined up, engines rumbling, brothers and sisters riding for something bigger than ourselves — and together we raised over $6,000 for HALO Animal Rescue. Final numbers are still coming, but the impact is real.

We sold raffle tickets, kept the drinks flowing, and had a hell of a good time doing good. And yeah… every single shirt is GONE. Sold out. That’s the kind of support this community brings.

This ride wasn’t about miles on the odometer — it was about showing up for our community.

The Hideaway Legends were proud to donate $1,800 in Uber gift cards to Child Crisis Arizona, with the funds raised by our own Legend member, Dana Burden. That support helps provide safe transportation and critical resources for kids and families when they need it most — real work, and we’re honored to stand behind it.

But there’s more to this story.

We also recently received thank-you cards from the Chrysalis toy drive we raised money for — and we’re sharing a few of those messages below because they matter.

One came from kids who had just lost their father. In the middle of grief, a simple act of kindness from strangers put smiles back on their faces.

Another spoke about surviving pure hell, and how a small moment of generosity reminded them they weren’t invisible.

Another came from survivors of domestic violence — people who found the courage to walk away, start over, and when they came to the event, left filled with joy and gratitude instead of fear.

That’s when you realize — This isn’t about bikes. It’s about brotherhood, heart, and having each other’s backs.

We’ll keep supporting Child Crisis AZ. We’ll keep backing causes like Chrysalis. And we’ll keep riding for the ones who need to know they’re not alone.
